This adapter allows you to directly thread the ESATTO 3.5" LP onto the back of Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes such as the Celestron 11" & 14" SCT and EdgeHD 925, 1100 & 1400. Since the ESATTO 3.5" LP has a depth of 32mm and the 3.3” adapter has only 2mm of optical thickness, this leaves 112mm of backfocus for your camera and accessories.
The ESATTO is the perfect solution for achieving precise focus and avoiding mirror flop and focus shift by leaving the mirror locked, if possible. Optical thickness is just 2mm.
