The Guan Sheng Optical (GSO) 12" f/8 Carbon Truss Ritchey-Chrétien is an excellent telescope for deep sky astrophotography. This bundle includes the Prima Luce Lab ESATTO 3", a highly accurate robotic microfocuser with a weight capacity of 8kg an incredible resolution of 0.04 microns per step.

Note: you will need to purchase an additional to suit your equipment. The product photos of the Esatto bundles show the previous design of the RC12 which did not feature a tilt plate. All new tubes include this, as can be seen on their respective product pages. Esatto is shipped in its original packaging and does not come pre-assembled to the scope.

GSO Ritchey-Chretien 304mm f/8 with truss carbon fiber tube and ESATTO 3" and the following optional accessories: EAGLE with PLUS dovetail clamp installed above the telescope.

While Prima Luce Lab's Esatto upgrade kits are engineered to the exact specifications of the telescope. If the manufacturer changes the design of the tube or the manufacturing tolerances are too great, this is out of our control. As a result, this could put the focus point outside of the range of the Esatto. If this is the case, we have plenty of different extensions available and can design custom adapters if necessary.

The Guan Sheng Optical RC's are excellent astrographs with solid build quality and precisely-figured optical surfaces. The concave hyperbolic primary and convex secondary mirrors deliver excellent correction across the field. The low thermal expansion quartz mirrors have a surface correction of 1/12th Lambda PV or better and have highly reflective dielectric coatings ensuring 99% reflectivity.

The telescope is made with a rigid carbon fibre truss tube and features computer-optimized baffles to eliminate stray light.
